ANNOUNCEMENTS
Home School Moms Ministry

We are delighted to announce that we’re launching a brand new ministry for Homeschool Moms. Join us for our very first gathering on Wednesday, July 16, at 7 pm at the cabin. Whether you’re a veteran or just beginning, this will be a time for prayer, encouragement, sharing ideas, swapping resources, and building Christ-centered community. If you have any questions, talk to Tricia Barrett.

Hope to see you there!

Ladies Bible study: Steadfast

What does it mean to be steadfast in a world full of distraction, discouragement, and difficulty? The book of James gives us wisdom for every season—through trials, temptations, suffering, and blessing. James calls us to a faith that’s resilient and active—not just hearing the Word, but doing it. He confronts our sin, our speech, and our pride, urging us to live with integrity and perseverance. At the heart of it all is the reminder that God’s steadfast love is the foundation of our steadfast faith.

Join us for this 7-week study as we walk through the book of James together.

Men's Discipleship

Men, our next Men’s Discipleship Study begins this August and will meet on Thursday evenings for seven weeks. We’ll be reading The Case for Christ by Lee Strobel, a powerful account of the author’s journey from skepticism to saving faith in Jesus.

Whether you’ve recently started following Christ or you’re still exploring His claims, this study will be especially valuable. Strobel’s investigation into the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus will not only strengthen your own faith but also equip you to respond to the questions and objections of those you’ve been witnessing to.

Each week, we’ll read a few chapters on our own, then gather in small groups on Thursday nights to discuss what we’ve learned. As Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” We all need sharpening—and this study has the potential to make a lasting impact in your walk with the Lord.

You can sign up today at the Information Counter. The cost is $10, which includes your copy of the book.

Backpack Buddies

Backpack Buddies is an outreach partnering with Shiloh Elementary. Each week during the school year, we send home backpacks of food to students on the free and reduced lunch program. Each school day they are provided a meal by the school, however, on the weekends, they are often on their own. So our bags of food are sent home on Friday afternoons. Only certain foods can be sent home, so make sure you check out the approved foods list at the info counter! We are particularly looking for pudding cups, small cereal boxes, and canned meals. Thank you so much for your support!
