Ladies Event: Power and Purpose of the Holy Spirit

Ladies, we have something special just for you! We’re kicking off a 3-part series, “Power and Presence of the Spirit.” It’s going to be a beautiful night of worship and teaching by Kathy Adams! We’ll continue the series on July 1 and July 8, so mark your calendars! There’s no cost and no sign-ups required. Just come as you are and bring a friend! We can’t wait to grow together and freshly encounter the Holy Spirit. See you there!

Deep South Youth Conference 2025

Walking in faith isn’t passive; it’s a battle. In a world where the truth of God’s Word is constantly challenged, twisted, and distorted, the fight for faith is more urgent than ever. The enemy seeks to sow lies and confusion, pulling us away from God’s clear truth. But in 1 Timothy 6:12, we’re called to “fight the good fight of faith”, standing firm in the truth and refusing to be swayed.

At the 2025 Deep South Youth Conference, we’ll explore what it means to engage in this fight—to recognize deception, strengthen our faith, and boldly live out our calling. It’s the good fight—the one worth fighting.

Our Bible teachers will be John Randall (CC South OC, CA) Joel Randall (CC Joshua Springs, CA), Sandy Adams (CC Stone Mountain, GA), and youth pastors Andrew Taylor, and Matt Houston from CC Stone Mountain, GA. Come ready for the teaching of God’s Word, worship, and an epic battle for the Death Ball Trophy!

DSYC 2025 - Volunteers Needed!

We are hosting the Calvary Chapel Deep South Youth Conference from July 10-12. We need volunteers to assist with the conference! If you would like to take part and serve, come fill out the volunteer sign-up sheet at the information counter or talk to Pastor Andrew or Pastor Matt.

The After is a Bible study for young adults who are out of college. We meet on Monday nights at 6:30 PM in the Calvary Cabin. Childcare is not provided. OFC is an informal morning fellowship for men meeting on Wednesday mornings at 8:30 AM in the Brook (contact John Borger for more details). We discuss family, share humor, review local, national, and world issues, and spend time in casual study of God's word.

Backpack Buddies

Backpack Buddies is an outreach partnering with Shiloh Elementary. Each week during the school year, we send home backpacks of food to students on the free and reduced lunch program. Each school day they are provided a meal by the school, however, on the weekends, they are often on their own. So our bags of food are sent home on Friday afternoons. Only certain foods can be sent home, so make sure you check out the approved foods list at the info counter! We are particularly looking for pudding cups, small cereal boxes, and canned meals. Thank you so much for your support!
