Part 1 of our Snowflake Outreach wraps up today. If you haven’t already, remember to return your gift to the tree with the snowflake securely attached. If you forgot your gift today, please bring it by the church office by Wednesday between 8 am and 5 pm. Part 2 takes place on December 21st, right after the second service. Families will come to pick up their gifts, and we need volunteers who can stay, help load items, and pray with each family we meet. You can sign up to serve at the information counter this morning.

Calvary Chapel Christian School’s Christmas musical is on Tuesday, December 16th, and Wednesday, December 17th, at 7 pm. It’s entitled “A Play In a Manger,” and we would love for you to come out with your whole family to enjoy the show. It’s completely free and well…. Adorable. So I hope to see you for one of our show nights! 

High Schoolers will be having a Christmas Party on Friday, December 19th, from 5-8 PM. We will enjoy Mexican food, Christmas-themed games, and more! For more information and details, talk to Pastor Andrew. See ya there!

Hey, young adults! It's finally here - our annual Fancy Christmas Party is Friday, December 19th, at 6:30 PM over at the Turpin House. This is a black tie event, so come decked out in your fanciest attire! We'll enjoy a catered dinner, trivia games with prizes, a gift exchange and much more. We’re gearing up once again for our free gift-wrapping outreach—a simple way to bless our community and open doors for meaningful conversations. Our final outreach day is this coming Saturday, December 20th, from 10 AM–2 PM. If you’d like to take part, stop by the information counter this morning to sign up. Calvary Chapel Stone Mountain is having three Christmas Eve services this year! Sunday, December 21, is our Pre-Christmas Eve service for anyone who is traveling or otherwise engaged on the 24th. Then on December 24th, we’ll have two services: one at 4 pm, and one at 7 pm. We’ll also have a nursery for the little ones and a birthday party for Jesus with the kiddos at each service. We hope you’ll join us for any of our three Christmas Eve Services, to take time to pause and reflect on the reason we celebrate Christmas.   

Ladies, mark your calendars. Our Women’s Bible Study returns in January with a 7-week study through The Armor of God by Priscilla Shirer. This study will equip you to recognize the spiritual battles around you and stand firm with the strength and protection God provides. There are different groups available on different nights of the week, so you can choose what works best for you. Sign-ups for the study start this Sunday, and fill up quickly. Our next Men’s Discipleship study begins Thursday, January 15th. This is a 7-week study that will run through the last Thursday of February.

Most of us will meet here at the church at 7 PM on Thursdays, but we’re also offering a 7 AM group at the Chick-fil-A on Highway 29 in Lilburn. In addition, we’re adding a Wednesday night group at the Chick-fil-A on Highway 78 in Snellville, meeting at 6:15 PM.

This time we will be reading “Men Don’t Run in the Rain” by Rick Burgess—a powerful, light-hearted reflection on the Biblical lessons he learned from his father, Coach Bill Burgess. The book carries a strong message about a man’s responsibility to mentor and strengthen younger men. I want to challenge all of our guys—married or single, young or old—to join us. As iron sharpens iron, so we sharpen one another.
